Brief: Duroc unit applies for company reconstruction

June 16 (Reuters) - Duroc AB  DURCb.ST : 
    * Said on Wednesday its wholly-owned unit, Duroc Special Steel AB (DSS), had applied for 
company reconstruction 
    * Said the company is to write down value of DSS shares from 5 million to zero; internal 
claims of 11.5 million Swedish crowns ($1.38 million) to be reduced to zero 
    * Apart from bridge loan commitment of 1 million crowns, company expects reconstruction to
